Smallville Renewed for Season 10!
So Smallville has been picked up for another season but we don’t know if Allison will be back next year.
They don’t call him Superman for nothing.
The CW has renewed long-running cult-hit Smallville for a remarkable 10th season. The program, which premiered in 2001, moved to Friday nights this season, where it has significantly improved time-slot ratings against last year.
Insiders confirm that the 10th season will be a full 22-episode order; no word yet on if next year will be designed as a “wrap-up season” or if the powers that be are planning to wait and see about the ratings before making any story decisions.
So what do insiders have to say about this news? Here’s what we’re hearing:
The official Smallville writers account just tweeted, “SEASON 10 IS A GO!”
The show, starring Tom Welling as Clark Kent, originally focused on the life of a Kansas farm kid, but in recent years the series action has moved east to Metropolis, where young Supes has begun to embrace his destiny and live the legend of America’s foremost superhero.
Who knows, maybe season 10 is the year that “the blur” becomes Superman?
The CW previously issued early pickups for five other shows, including scripted Gossip Girl, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries and 90210.

Well, if AM leaves the show, i will say goodbye to sv.
Won’t cost anything. will loose sense without her for me, so…
All the luck in the world for AM
Same here. I mean I love all the characters and the actors but Allison is what keeps me watching so with her gone I don’t think I will watch.
Same here. If Allison Mack isn’t back for a season 10, I won’t be watching smallville.
I love the show, but I think people may have a mistaken impression of what it’s really about. This isn’t Clark’s story. It’s Chloe’s story, the story of an unsung hero and her relationship with the developing hero that Clark becomes.
YES to season 10, but NO MORE BLUR! Let’s get SUPER!
For me season 9 has been so boring. if season 10 will be without her or if she reconsiders her return and with a participation identical to season 9, no thanks. AM deserves do fly to higher and better projects like Krisken Kreuk. she deserves
Man kann nur hoffen das Allison Mack, in der 10 Season in Smallville wider mit spiel!!
i dont feel happy or sad on the news…it doesnt really affect me the only reason im watching this S9 is to see how things wrap up with chloe…after she’s gone, the last of the origianal cast (excl kal) im gone too….
I read on another spoiler that something in this season’s finale will push Chlollie into the next level, which gives me hope that the rumors of a major character dying won’t be Chloe. If it is Chloe that dies, like so many others, I’ll stop watching; if she leaves and just leaves, I might watch, but only if she makes guest appearences!
Allison Mack Smallville Season 19 if Allison Mack does not apear in Season 19 of Smallville I will not be watching it. Also how can they do a season 10 tom welling is back but he has also committed to help produce some other show. How will he had time to do both.
Possible good news re season 10:

I am an addict of Smallville and i watch every series and season of it. I love Lana Lang and Clark Kent.~-:
you know if Chloe is one of my favorite characters and if she leaves there had better be an off spin wih her as watchtower or something cuz i dnt think smallville would b smallville without her she puts in a lot of kick butt in that show not to mention the fight for a real life in which she JUST found with oliver so why the j=heck would u take her out. come on chloe stick it till the end clark needs you.
Sort of good news, but not as good as it could have been:

Back for “several episodes”, but not as a regular.
